Our designers, landscapers and gardeners work closely with you to help you unlock the true potential of your outdoor space.

We are a small, close-working team of landscape architects, garden designers and landscapers collaborating to create sustainable, natural and aesthetically interesting gardens and landscapes.

Operations Team:

Henry graduated from Writtle College with a degree in Landscape Architecture, having previously worked in Landscaping and garden design in both the UK and Australia. He specialises in running large projects in a multi disciplinary environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Tina brings over two decades of experience from a family-run scaffolding firm, where she navigated fast-paced logistical challenges in a no-nonsense environment. This background means she remains unphased by any challenge that comes her way at Pehrsson Scott, managing the administrative operations with efficiency and calm. Unflappable and kind, Tina keeps the team running on an even keel, ensuring everything operates smoothly behind the scenes.

Emma brings 30 years accounts experience to Pehrsson Scott along with an extensive background in the construction industry. As a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and holder of the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, she ensures financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Emma flexes her competitive side in her local football team.

Landscape Construction:

Blake brings over a decade of high-end garden construction experience to Pehrsson Scott, having gained excellent training in landscape construction in Australia. A former keen rugby player, he developed strong team dynamics and communication skills that now keep projects running to schedule and ensure seamless coordination between clients, designers, and construction teams. Blake manages cost variations alongside the contracts team throughout each project, delivering quality results on time and on budget.

Eight years serving in the Royal Engineers taught Shay robust ways to lead , plan and manage projects and contractors. Professionally trained as a bricklayer and tree surgeon, and highly experienced in water feature construction, Shay brings over 10 years’ experience of constructing some of the highest-end gardens in the South-East to the Pehrsson Scott team.

Hayley has a decade-long track record in construction, specialising in precise cost analysis, budgeting, and strategic procurement. Hayley’s collaborative approach ensures projects stay on budget and schedule, while her passion for optimising resources drives cost-effective solutions. Proficient in risk management, contract negotiation, and value engineering, Hayley consistently balances quality with cost efficiency for successful project outcomes.
Alex has worked together with Henry for over a decade, bringing skilled carpentry and an RHS qualification to Pehrsson Scott, known for his uncompromising attention to detail and commitment to perfection. His hands-on expertise and practical problem-solving have delivered exceptional gardens across diverse styles, materials, and challenging conditions. Working closely with designers and clients, Alex builds beautiful gardens that realize their vision and specification to exacting standards.

Garden Design:

Jasmine Hounslow is an experienced Landscape Designer with a multidisciplinary background in design and horticulture. She began her career in graphic design, working with several leading creative agencies, where she developed a strong visual sensibility and creative instinct—skills that now inform her approach to shaping outdoor spaces.
She earned her Diploma in Garden Design from the London College of Garden Design (2018–2019) and has since contributed her expertise to a range of respected award-winning firms. As head of the design team at Pehrsson Scott, Jasmine blends creative leadership with an intuitive grasp of client needs, translating their aspirations into outdoor spaces that are both personal and purposeful. Her work reflects a seamless blend of artistic vision and practical know-how, shaped by her diverse experience across both graphic and garden design disciplines.

Rosalie joined Pehrsson Scott in its infancy, when the company operated from a garden shed. She brought her experience designing and maintaining high-end residential gardens in London and the home-counties, as well as commercial landscape master planning. She has helped the company grow into the comprehensive design, maintenance, and construction operations it offers today. Rosalie’s background in biology and Landscape Architecture master’s from Sheffield University gives her a strong understanding of ecological systems and plant communities, while her hands-on love of gardening ensures a thorough understanding of how a garden is positively shaped.
Havanya graduated from the University of Cape Town with Honour’s in Landscape Architecture. After living in France, she began her career in an architectural studio before relocating to the UK, after which she served as design lead on several prestigious residential and commercial projects – one of which won a BALI award in 2025. Today, Havanya brings her expertise to Pehrsson Scott, where she is recognized for her refined design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail. Specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, she blends creativity with technical skill to create spaces that are both elegant and functional.
Luke brings extensive experience delivering large-scale, high-profile commercial projects internationally and high-end private residential schemes to Pehrsson Scott in a consultant and collaborating role. Regarded as one of the leading independent landscape architects in the industry, he holds a first class degree and MSc in Landscape Architecture. Luke balances his professional work with life in Gloucestershire, where he has rebuilt several vintage vehicles into appealing accommodation.

Garden Maintenance:

Luke leads our garden maintenance team. Having gardened professionally since his teenage years, he brings experience and expertise that belie his age. An RHS-trained gardener with a background across residential and commercial landscapes, Luke combines ambitious drive with hands-on knowledge. He coordinates daily operations with energy and determination, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional results and every client receives excellent service.
Jonny joined our team in 2023 and now serves as Team Leader, bringing his RHS qualification and wealth of horticultural knowledge to every project. Having spent the last few years managing nurseries and garden centres, he has a deep understanding of plant care and maintenance. Jonny’s leadership ensures our team delivers consistently excellent results for all our clients.

Matthew has been with us for three years and brings a unique blend of commercial gardening and community maintenance experience. Beyond his horticultural work, Matthew spent years as a PGL team leader and padel instructor, which speaks to his love of the outdoors and working with people. An amateur photographer in his spare time, Matthew has a natural appreciation for the beauty and composition of outdoor spaces.

Owain joined us straight from school equipped with a passion for the outdoors and has since developed into a skilled and reliable gardener. His commitment to learning and positive energy make him a valued team member who brings both competence and great camaraderie to every job. He is currently pursuing his RHS diploma.
Miles is our newest gardening team member, having joined us in 2025. He brings extensive experience as an estate manager. With decades spent working in private gardens and estates. Miles has developed a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of grounds maintenance at every scale.
Brady joined Pehrsson Scott a year ago after obtaining his Level 2 Diploma in Horticulture from City and Guilds and has quickly become an indispensable member of the garden maintenance team. He excels in pruning trees and shrubs and takes great satisfaction in perfecting hedges and lawns.
